Extremely Pleased This is a follow up review to a prior one detailing my displeasure with the dealership over tires promised with my pre-owned Accord but not delivered This is a follow up review to a prior one detailing my displeasure with the dealership over tires promised with my pre-owned Accord but not delivered at the time of sale in October 2014. I realized new tires were NOT on my car due to the fact that one tire had a leak and took it to be repaired. The tire installer said they were not new tires but manufactured in 2011. I wrote a review. About 4 minutes - no exaggeration - after I hit the send button, Matthew Byrne, Pre-Owned Manager called me. Matthew authorized the installation of 4 new tires on my car at no charge. This occurred on March 19, 2016. Kudos to Matthew on his integrity. I will also update Honda Motors North America with whom I lodged a complaint and let them know how this dealer exceeded my expectations. There is a phrase, "to err is human, to forgive is divine:. I will definitely do business with this dealership again if /when my purchase is a Honda. Thank you Matthew. Great Job! More

My salesman, known as "Uncle Mike" Leopold, listened to what I wanted and led me through the process. I have always been treated fairly and have had my questions answered. So, when I wanted to trade in the 2012 for a newer model, I didn't think twice about contacting Atlantic Honda's "Uncle Mike". I believe in buying formerly owned cars and when I needed a car for my son, I went back to "Uncle Mike " and, again, he found a car that would meet my musician son's needs...another CRV. This week, having seen the 2016 CRV, I wanted to try the new features...and left with a very low milage, formerly owned ...yes, CRV. The new features required a lesson and they had Don take me through the features and explain everything to me. He even helped me enter my contacts into the car's memory...and erased my personal information from my trade in. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. More
