I told them and they found the perfect Honda Pilot for me. I test drove it. The Pilot was right in my perfect price range. I informed them i had a vehicle to trade in. I have to say, after being at several other dealerships in the past several weeks, this was the nicest and friendliest one I was at. No one talked down to me, or tried to pressure me in any way. The salesman Larry , was a joy to work with . He was friendly and very patient. Rich and Matt were also very easy and nice to work with as well. I am more than thrilled with my purchase and experience there. I would recommend Atlantic Honda to anyone in the market for a new or use car. Ask for Larry. Tell him Lynn Sent you.. I am sure he will treat you as well as he did me. I hate the car dealing process, but Larry made it much less painful. Everyone in all the departments were pleasant and easy to work with. When I first went to the dealership my guard was all the way up because of my past experiences of purchases of vehicles , only this time the experience was absolutely great !! I was greeted by a gentleman , Tony Cicinella who's down to earth demeanor was refreshing to say the least , his knowledge of his cars and willingness to HELP , was the difference why I bought here instead of somewhere else !! He always kept coming up with different options for me that would meet my needs , never wavering in his quest to make a satisfied customer !!! I bought a certified PREOWNED THAT WAS LIKE BRAND NEW , no really LIKE BRAND NEW , here they put new tires & brakes and new fluids and filters like Tony had explained so that my experience would address my needs today as well as going into the future I wouldn't have to be concerned with taking care of the car just as if I bought a new one !!! First I thought let me see , anywhere I went nobody told me that in any dealership , and believe me I am a tough customer , but when he showed me that all of them were like that , I told my wife jackpot we are buying here !!! perfect and easy buying experience used car sales! before my visit to atlantic honda i had seen online they had the truck i was interested in buying a 2004 jeep grand cherokee with low miles. i called before my visit to atlantic honda i had seen online they had the truck i was interested in buying a 2004 jeep grand cherokee with low miles. i called up to ask about it and had spoke to the salesman larry ellis who was more than happy to answer any questions i had about the truck and also on my trade in, this is where my good experience began. larry was very personable always asking if i needed anything to call him anytime or come down and see him. i felt like i mattered here. so i decided to go down and see this truck. upon my arrival i was instantly greeted by matthew byrne one of the pre-owned managers..i was very surprised how quickly i was taken care of, and offered coffee or water or anything else i might need! it was a very relaxing atmosphere, as i feel a car dealer should be. no high pressure sales situation here!. as negotiations began on the truck with larry i was introduced to richard lobraico the other sales manager, again very friendly and personable! he was kind enough to replace all 4 brakes, tires and replace the headlights on my jeep as they were not up to atlantic hondas strict standards! he had also made me feel if any other problems came about to call or come back immediately so they could be addressed! .overall it was a pleasurable buying experience! i was happy they had done all that work to garuntee my used car was more than fit for the road! and would recommend dealing with any of these 3 gentleman! thank you again guys! new or used atlantic honda is the way to go. More
