Beware of sales tactic, met with first service advisor to buy a certified preowned car., When I got there, the car wasn’t even available to show though it was advertised on their website. So I took the oppor buy a certified preowned car., When I got there, the car wasn’t even available to show though it was advertised on their website. So I took the opportunity to test drive another certified preowned car. Noticed underneath it was missing a skid plate. This showed concern about their attention to detail. Came back a week later with the intent to buy a certified preowned CRV. The side panel had a screw holding it on from the exterior through the door, clearly visible to me as a customer, but missed during the inspection another example of poor attention to detail, but on the positive side, they agree they would replace the panel. I was working with a different service advisor on this day because the other one was on a scheduled day off. I asked to buy the car and they came back with a $2000 adder for an app that tracks where the car is in case it is stolen or provides real-time GPS tracking, which seems completely worthless. They refused initially to take it off the price and to it top off they would not honor the price the initial service provider gave to me and said he was not authorized to make the offer. Researching this $2000 App it appears this is the only dealer that does it as their promotion. I went here full, knowing that they might pull this tactic on me, as my mother-in-law walked out of the dealer a month prior when she was trying to buy a new car she has since purchased a CRV at another Honda dealership. My brother-in-law was also in the market for a CRV, they both bought a CRV from Serra Honda. Between my family we have owned over 12 Honds just in the last 20 years and we have 10 kids between us that will need cars in the next decade. Victory Honda has lost our business for the foreseeable future. I went out and bought a Toyota RAV4 the same day no hassles no extras. More
