EXCEPTIONAL! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from North Country (Matt) and the service is unbeatable. We actually did visit two (2) other dealerships This is the second vehicle we have purchased from North Country (Matt) and the service is unbeatable. We actually did visit two (2) other dealerships within the week prior to going back to North Country (only b/c they were closer to home) but we just couldn't get ourselves to pull the trigger and buy b/c the service we received was, well to be candid, awful! The staff at North Country is unbeatable, Not just Matt (who is AWESOME - so friendly, professional and very knowledgable) but while we were waiting we had a handful of other North Country employees offer to help/answer questions. The finance team is also wonderful making the process speedy and very pain free. ;) Needless to say, we will continue to buy our vehicles from North Country - we won't be going anywhere else! I would highly recommend North Country- the experience was great and I LOVE my new EDGE. More

Matt was great. Matt's manager was unfriendly and pushy. He did not make me feel welcome. There was no reason why he could not have included the remote start, except for greed. With a profit of 4, pushy. He did not make me feel welcome. There was no reason why he could not have included the remote start, except for greed. With a profit of 4,000+, he could have included the remote starter. The trailer wire harness is corroded and he would not replace it. I have to replace it myself. If Matt's manager was friendlier, I would have rated your company one better across the board. I the wiring harness was replaced, I would have rated all 4s. If the remote starter was included, I would have rated all 5s. I only purchased the vehicle because of Matt and that we had driven 3 hours to get there. I had put so much time and effort into finding the vehicle. Give Matt credit for being friendly and appearing to work with me. It is his manager that brought your rating way down. The only reason why it is as high as it is is because I am happy with the vehicle. Another thing is your warranty could be longer. I almost went with a dealer that would give me a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty. With your company I only get a 60 day power train and 30 day bumper to bumper. Shows the lack of confidence in your vehicles quality. A 150 point inspection does not mean much without a display of confidence with such a measly warranty. Any mechanic can patch up a vehicle to hide any flaws for a couple months. Unless you are willing to take what you get, do not go there. If you try to get what should be done, the manager becomes unfriendly. My wife was not happy. More

Stopped in to look at used cars, talked with Matt. Came back 3 months later and a different salesman was on the lot. He asked if we had talked with anyone before. My wife remembered Matt and salesman immed back 3 months later and a different salesman was on the lot. He asked if we had talked with anyone before. My wife remembered Matt and salesman immediately called Matt and had him come and deal with us. We bought our car that day. I was impressed with the salesman's integrity. Regretfully I do not remember his name. More

Matt was fantastic to deal with. He was upfront and did not pressure my husband or myself into purchasing something we did not want. He worked hard at finding what we wanted at the right price. Amy Truchi not pressure my husband or myself into purchasing something we did not want. He worked hard at finding what we wanted at the right price. Amy Truchinski was fantastic to work with as well. Extremely helpful and kind. More

Staff was great. It took me a few days to decide what vehicle I actually wanted and any time I had questions or concerns Matt was there to answer them. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy which is rare vehicle I actually wanted and any time I had questions or concerns Matt was there to answer them. North Country was the first dealership I went to when I decided I wanted to buy a newer car. The prices and selection seemed great but I wanted to do some shopping around. Went to Bloomington Lincoln, HORR decided I wanted to buy a newer car. The prices and selection seemed great but I wanted to do some shopping around. Went to Bloomington Lincoln, HORRIBLE! Extremely horrible customer service and every single car was scratched or banged up. Went to New Brighton Ford, priced much higher and not even half of the selection. The customer service that I received at North Country was unmatched, that alone made me feel confident in giving them my business. Once I decided which car I wanted, the buying process went quick and smooth. I will definately recommend North Country to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More
