He exceeded the level of customer service that we have previously experienced by miles. Not only was he giving us exactly what we asked for, but he got us in our new car in record timing. Quickest process ever. Which was wonderful cause we had to get to our Christmas shopping. We love Chris Nikel and all they have to offer, including rapid oil changes and car maintenance. We really never have a reason to ever shop anywhere else for our families vehicles. Highly recommend this dealership. More
