When Matt learned of our desired max monthly payment, and when we were looking at a new car over a similar used car we were given pros and cons on each. This allowed me and my fiancee to make the best decision for us and Matt even advocated for the car that had the better pricepoint for us instead of just a new car over a used car. We appreciated the open, honest and easy experience that Matt delivered for our car buying experience! I have dealt with Chris Nikel on three other car purchases each of which have all been easy, open, honest, fair and above all else customer focused. More

Best dealership experience ever ! Being 50 years old I have been fortunate enough to have been able to buy a few new cars . I enjoy looking at new cars even if I am not in the market Being 50 years old I have been fortunate enough to have been able to buy a few new cars . I enjoy looking at new cars even if I am not in the market for one., I don't like to be hassled while I look I don't like to be pushed into a sale until I am ready . After 4 dealerships in 2 days we went to Chris Nikel in broken arrow . Matt Causey met us and we explained we were just going to look around , Matt explained the no hassle sticker on the window and proceeded to allow us to wander at our own pace . We found a couple I wanted to test drive , many of the same features , engine , drivetrain, wheel base but Matt allowed us to test drive each one as we wished , another dealership after test driving 1 car stated that the engine was the same so it would drive the same so basically "No you cannot test drive a similar car " Not Matt . Matt allowed me to drive at my pace and even made suggestions as to how to get a complete feel of the car ( speed bumps ) for the suspension. I ended up test driving 6 cars , each had a little something that was not quite right . After the 6th I decided I was going to buy , we ran my credit and got a starting payment with APR, Term $0 down ect , the numbers were in my range but as we had been out of the house for many hours I asked Matt if I could see him the next day to proceed . There was no hard sell at this point and I felt very comfortable with Matt and the dealership . My family and I went to eat and we decided to go back that night . It was 8pm when we got back nobody was overjoyed or scrambling to make the sale ( again very comforting for me ) . We did the paperwork and left with the car by 840. I will advise all my friends and associates to use Matt Causey at Chris Nikel as this is without a doubt the best easiest car buying experience of my life . Simon H More

Amazing! Matt Causey made the car buying experience amazing! Before coming to Chris Nikel Jeep, I had visited another dealership. Big mistake! They made me fee Matt Causey made the car buying experience amazing! Before coming to Chris Nikel Jeep, I had visited another dealership. Big mistake! They made me feel like they really didn’t want my business. From the get-go, my experience with Matt was 100% better. He was patient as I test drove several Jeeps. With my test drive he showed me the various capabilities of the Jeep. He thoroughly explained what the features were. He never made me feel pressured to buy, but that he genuinely wanted to me to be happy with my purchase (which I am!). When it came time to buy, he was very upfront and explained each of the fees involved. Finally, we finished our purchase with Matt Loveless in Finance. Again I felt like I was being treated with respect and honesty. No haggling, no hidden fees, no high pressure just excellent service. Finally, Matt Causey finished my purchase by introducing me to Mitch in Service, Matt even explained what type of oil I would need and Mitch would help me with my oil changes. Since graduating college, this was my first major purchase. The whole team at Chris Nikel, especially Matt Causey made my car buying experience AMAZING!! I will definitely be recommending Matt Causey and Chris Nikel to my friends. More
