Worst car dealership I've ever worked with. Car mats were missing as well as front emblem on the hood and cargo nets. It's going to cost me $300.00 to replace these items. The car was not cleaned, even the person that delivered the car mentioned how dirty it was. That will cost me at least $200 to get done. I didn't work with any of the sales people you have listed. I worked with Gerrick Broommall. Is he second string? I know sales are important, but service after the sale and making customers happy are part of the dale, not just the commision. I had to call him about doing everything. The rock stars that I had the pleasure of working with were Carly and Matt Cole. I was transfered to Cody somebody 3x. You could not leave a message on his phone. Seems he never hangs up the phone, you can hear people talk in the background. You never hear a beep. Maybe he wanted it that way so he doesn't have to talk to people. I've only ever had one experience that may be worse, that was in 1978. I would never recommend Lexington of NC to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If I had known it was going to be this nightmare, I never would have wanted to buy this car. If I could give negative zero, I would. Horrible, horrible, horrible. More

During my test drive the tire came off due to the lug nuts not being tightened. Everyone was safe but I was quite shaken up.
