From service to sales - consistently great throughout We've purchased now our 2nd car from Grand Subaru. We've had 4 Subaru's in our lifetime thus far and currently own two. We originally came to Grand Subaru to purchase a used one....and have grown to love them due to their excellent service. When come time to turn in our leased subaru (who we got through another dealer) we went to Grand to see if they can support us...but had not yet experience a new car sale there. We worked with Matt Drwal as our sales consultant. I have to say that he carried on the same extremely high standards of Grand, as the experience was excellent. Matt knew the product, new the industry and most of all...took the time to get to know us. That made all the difference. We will continue to bring all of our cars to Grand Subaru for service, and going forward will be our first choice to continue working with Grand and especially Matt in the future for new sales. More

Lack of enthusiasm They were great with being friendly and polite, as they should. They also did great work helping me work with a cosigner that was out of state. Howeve They were great with being friendly and polite, as they should. They also did great work helping me work with a cosigner that was out of state. However overall I feel they lack in communication, specifically with interactions that aren't face to face. If I sent an email it was not always responded to, or if I called and left a message I didn't always get a call back. Usually this isnt a huge deal but with an interaction where the sharing and understanding of information is crucial I felt like this was a flaw. I felt like there was time wasted that didn't need to be. It was a good experience for the most part, it just felt like there was room for improvement. More

After noticing that my car payment is much higher than it should I asked him if he added any additional coverage and it turned out he did, he added an extra coverage for over a 5 thousands. Clearly he was hoping that I will not notice it so he’ll get commission when I told him I don’t want any additional insurances he got really upset. I would not trust him again and I’m definitely not going back to this dealership More

I still wanted a Subaru however and figured I would try Grand. Well I made the right choice Matt was great. He took the time to show us the inventory they had, then was able to get right down to business to get the deal done. Didn't have to go through the run around like at the other Subaru dealer. It was a pleasure to work with Matt and the staff at Grand Subaru. I just recommended my neighbor to stop by there because he wants a Subaru also. GREAT JOB MATT! More

But to my surprise, we met Brandon and what a guy, can I adopt him? He and Matt were just the best duo working together and it couldn't have gone smoother. We were always met with smiles and handshakes. I will reccomend this dealership to all my female friends, who hate dealing with "car salesmen". Because that was not my experience at Grand Subaru. Love you guys! More
