This review is long over due. My apologies to Grand Subaru, but I know it’s only right that I share my experience. I’ve spent months looking for a Subaru WRX. I went to multiple dealerships and it was bad experience after bad experience. I finally came across Grand Subaru and from the minute I walked in the experience was different. I was greeted by Matt Drwal the minute I walked through the doors. Matt did everything possible to put me in the best possible situation to help me get the car I wanted. Not once did he haggle or make me feel uncomfortable in any way during the process. Even after I left the dealership the first time, he gave me the option of holding the car I wanted, and was patient with me even after I rescheduled our next meeting multiple times. Buying a car isn’t always the easiest thing to do for multiple reasons. People like Matt make this process easy and comfortable. It was because of Matt that I was able to walk out with a 2021 Subaru WRX. Matt even dropped of my car at my home because I didn’t have anyone else to drive the car I came with. It does not get better than this. Thank you to Grand Subaru & its staff. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a Subaru or any car really. It doesn’t get better than this. More

Matt was a breath of fresh air in comparison to all of the other dealers we’ve come across during our car search in the area. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle but insisted on leaving a review for him the other dealers we’ve come across during our car search in the area. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle but insisted on leaving a review for him because od the wonderful impression he had left on us. He was genuine, not just trying to sell you a product, honest, answered all of our questions, showed us vehicles we knew we weren’t going to purchase, and was open for friendly jokes about cars. I have nothing bad to say about this man and this experience, and hope that everybody is lucky enough to have him show them cars. More
