Purchased my 2020 Altman six months ago. Today was my first service for my new auto. My appointment was for 900am on 1-4-21...upon arrival at the Service Dept I was greeted by Service Advisor Matt Friedm first service for my new auto. I ll never go back to this dealership again, they charge for 20k and 25k checkups wanting $300.00 for checkups and all I needed was an oil change. My wife s murano is still under factory warranty.
