Matt Getty and Steve Croy "Croyboy" went above and beyond the requirements for their job. They were there for me when my brother died from cancer in April when a drunk driver totaled my 2021 teal Trailblazer the requirements for their job. They put up happily with my constant texts and emails when I was waiting so long for a new car. They supported me when we found out that GM Financial reported $146 for a lease Equinox balance that was waived but still appeared on my credit report. These two men even texted me back on the weekend when they were off work. After everything I went through with GM Financial this month these two men are the only reason, I am leasing my 4th vehicle with GM/Kelley Chevrolet. When they are no longer at Kelley Chevrolet, I will no longer be working with GM dealerships. I appreciate the finance officer at Kelley Chevrolet for being so detailed and organized with my final paperwork. He even went to bat for me so I could finance my 4th vehicle. I have worked so hard over the last five years to pay off my credit cards and now build my credit back which made it so hard to hear that GM Financial could change all that for me with a stroke of a key.
