The dreaded hours it takes to purchase a vehicle from Fred Anderson Toyota is never a hassle. Matt Gladwell is very attentive to what I want in a vehicle, from color to style and payment. I can count on Matt and Bill to make my purchase work. Then I get to go sit with either of the two Matt’s, Kinard and Laurence. They make it fast and simple. We have purchased four cars this year and all four have met our needs only because these gentlemen know what I want.
