first off ford needs to re-design their trucks so that the exhaust manifolds don't need to be replaced. i scheduled my truck for service in November it sat there 2 weeks and nothing was done on it, their the exhaust manifolds don't need to be replaced. i scheduled my truck for service in November it sat there 2 weeks and nothing was done on it, their excuse the lift was in service. picked up truck re-scheduled for December 18th did not get it back till Jan. 11th kept getting the run around on why and it is ironic that their voice message stated quicks service with a waiting area with coffee. i would have needed a motel room. this is a commercial truck which does not make any money sitting in a parking lot i assume the repairs are good but the communication was terrible More
