He was helpful, attentive, listen to what I was looking for. Pointed out the good part of why the vehicle I was looking at would be a good fit for us. I appreciated him listening, not being pushy I just taken care of us. I bought a Jetta last year, and due to family circumstances needed to get something a little bigger. I have already use their service department and their VIP service. They have been amazing and that is why I returned. Between Matt and Eli and Tim it was a truly amazing experience, we were not in the dealership long. And drove home in my new Tiguan. Great experience. More

Great, although the advertised “extras” are shotty at best Just bought my Jetta from here strong vw, great dealership. I believe I am a very knowledgeable person about both the product and Strongs. Matt Hansen, of the sales staff, is a good guy who is knowledgeable and has always been fair, honest and helpful to us in all our transactions, but the main reason why we have continued to be repeat customers is the service department and, in particular, Chip Bryson, who is our service advisor. In my opinion, the real relationship with a dealership begins after the sale. The sales experience is short but the service relationship is one of many years. Chip is the best. He takes wonderful care of us, He has become a trusted friend. I have never met anyone like him in a service capacity in all the years I have been buying or leasing cars.
