Matt Jardine was excellent. He explained everything well. He was very patient in answering all my questions. When we had follow-up, he made sure he was there to help. He explained everything that and answered questions as well. This was really a positive experience. We are heading down there on Saturday to get a second key faub made. All is going smooth so far. Matt was amazing. Quick response, didn't try to sell extras, got to the bottom line of - yes this price works or doesn't work - efficiently. We have had nightmares at both neighboring and local dealerships. One tried to sell $5000 worth of unneeded goods, others were rude and demeaning. Matt was polite, easy to work with, and made us feel valued. Shottenkirk is roughly two hours from where we live but we are going back there for our next car! More

Was contacted by phone from Phillip, on an inquiry made though the internet the night before. Phillip worked with me over the phone on a trade/purchase. He was professional, prompt and patient.
