I don't feel that they gave me all of the information I needed to make a decision for a purchase that I was 100% happy with. There were features missing from my car that Shawn didn't tell me about like the needed to make a decision for a purchase that I was 100% happy with. There were features missing from my car that Shawn didn't tell me about like the missing spare tire and the missing cargo cover. The worst part was when he said heated seating was included and when I got the car it was not included. Also when I went to use the service center for something, they were not helpful with meeting me know what costs would be or what my warranty covered. Generally I like my Subaru Impreza 2024, but honestly I am not very happy with White Bear Subaru. More

If I didn’t have a service package that I got with my car I wouldn’t use the dealership service. It seems to take longer than it should to do simple things and I can understand you’re busy but give me an acc I wouldn’t use the dealership service. It seems to take longer than it should to do simple things and I can understand you’re busy but give me an accurate wait time and update me if need be!! Last visit just an oil change told 2 hrs max sat in the waiting room for 3 hours with no update !!! More
