My hitch was not installed to work with my bike carrier. It took 3 hours in a separate appointment to improve it. The black stop is now falling off and I don’t want another 3 hour appointment. I am impressed with the diligence in responding to the issue with the hitch so far. The issue isn't resolved yet, but Matt Jensen, Greg, Donovan have demonstrated nothing but the highest level of professionalism and follow through to address the issue at hand. 1/20/2023 Update.
