I've dealt with several dealerships and this was the best experience we have ever had. We spoke to George Mogollon by phone before going into the dealership. We immediately felt like he was not a regular sales guy. He was kind, patient, had the customer in mind, and gave us some great options for vehicles. Unlike other dealerships, he did not push anything on us. We went into the dealership and he made the experience of returning our leased car and buying the new Toyota vehicle as pain free as possible. He was so respectful and treated us like a family member would. I am so thankful we landed at this dealership. In addition to this, Matt Jirani at the business office made signing off on stuff and everything else with the paperwork an easy process. He was very professional and made the process a smooth one. He answered all our questions, didn't waste our time, and didn't try to pressure us into buying. He explained how the hybrid engine worked and helped us decide between a hybrid or regular gas model. He made sure the car was ready for us to drive home and showed us how to use the technological features it includes. He helped us pair our cell phones to the vehicle and set up voice commands.
