I was given bad information on my inspection report. I confronted the service dept. and was blown off. Matt Johnson did respond to my email. His response was the standard "we strive for excellent serv I confronted the service dept. and was blown off. Matt Johnson did respond to my email. Leased a new Corolla, this is my 2nd lease vehicle from here. Had to wait a few weeks for it but that was ok. Sale went pretty smooth, very busy dealership, they sell a lot of cars so they must be doing th here. Had to wait a few weeks for it but that was ok. My appointment was for a state inspection and some routine maintenance. I have two complaints. The maintenance was expensive. For example, the oil change was over $100. Brought my truck in for 50k service and state inspection. At some point during the service an aftermarket product on my truck was damaged and was not acknowledged by them. The dealership took no responsibility or ownership of what occurred while my truck was in their possession and offered absolutely no assistance in correcting it. Will not be returning. More
