Before I ever set foot in the dealership, he did a full virtual walk around and video tour of the car, answering all my questions in real time. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made this one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever done, especially buying out of state. Finance Manager Mike Lazzara sent all the paperwork ahead of time so I could DocuSign everything before arriving. When I walked in, all I had to do was take delivery. While Eric was my main contact, Sales Manager Matt Knudson was awesome to work with, and GSM Jerry Spanier came out to shake hands and personally make sure we were happy with the entire process.
