Service and Sales With my first service here, I was not please with the service advisor, But I thought, ehhh maybe he had a bad day. Second time around was not a change With my first service here, I was not please with the service advisor, But I thought, ehhh maybe he had a bad day. Second time around was not a change. I've gone to other dealer ships before. If my car had recommendations, I was informed while waiting and positive attitudes. I bought a car there in March 2018. Of course I was please with the car but the detailing was not satisfying. While calling the dealer ship about my license plate for the third time. I finally received a call back from finance stating I never paid for the license plate registration fee, which should have been INCLUDED in my loan but was missed somehow. With all the frustration, I ignore how things could of been handled differently. Two months down the road and I've already had to buy new tires because the dealership sold me a car with 3 tires at 3/32 and one at 8/32. Finally understood why a 2015 slipped and slide so much on snow. I've never been more frustrated with how crappy a dealership was to me. I'm pretty sure the dealership knew that was not good for my car with one good tire and 3 crappy ones. More

Great Experience This was my first time buying a car through a dealership. I inquired online and Jose got back to me right away and set up an appointment with Alex. This was my first time buying a car through a dealership. I inquired online and Jose got back to me right away and set up an appointment with Alex. When I got there the car was ready for a test drive. Alex was very informative and courteous. I loved the car and went ahead with the buying process. The trim on the rear doors was loose so they said they would fix it before I picked it up next day. I already had financing taken care of so the finance department went over a couple extra options to add but were not pushy when I declined. When I picked the card up the next day the trim was fixed, and took maybe a half hour to finish up and get my new car. I was greeted right away both times I arrived and was offered a drink multiple times and everyone was very friendly. Couple days later I received an email from Alex asking how everything is going and offered to help if I needed any help figuring things out. All and all this was a great experience for my first time buying from a dealership. More

Best Sales Experience I've Ever Had This was the best sales experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I normally dread having to go into a dealership because I know that it will be a This was the best sales experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I normally dread having to go into a dealership because I know that it will be an all-day affair while I wait for the sales person to play middle-man with the sales manager as we negotiate a price. After that, I usually expect another couple hour wait while I work with financing. Not to mention the countless times that the car I'm looking for is not on the lot, even after calling ahead to ensure that it's there. This time, I called ahead and spoke to Peter about the vehicle I had found on cars.com. He assured me that it was there and he brought it around to the front so that it was waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive. The Luther no-haggle pricing made the sales process rather fast so I was off to financing. From the moment we agreed on the sale, I was out the door with my chosen vehicle in less than 90 minutes. Thank to Peter Yang and Matt Kritzeck, for the first time ever I will be referring a car dealership to friends and family. Thank you Luther White Bear Acura Subaru for showing that the car buying experience doesn't have to be a frustrating one! More

Best car buying experience so far I used Costco auto program and had a great experience with this Subaru dealer store. Matt Fox did great job by letting me test drove two cars before I made mind to buy one without hesitation. The quality, safety features and the price are important factors to buyers like myself who prefer to buy new cars. Matthew fox made me feel I was powered to make my own decision and he was a great helper, he was like a friend or family who can back you up. I have to mention that I felt zero pressure this time. The final sale paperwork by Matt also went through smoothly. I was given a few dealer's optional packages and I only picked one of them. It was easy and absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

They have taken exce I have been going to White Bear Subaru for service on my 2003 Outback since I moved to the Twin Cities area almost 9 years ago. They have taken excellent care of my car and I've never had a problem with it other than the expected age related needs. White Bear Subaru and my car have never let me down. The Outback is still in such good shape that I'm passing it on to my granddaughter and I now have a Forester from White Bear Subaru. I'll continue to go there for service. More
