Dissatisfied with the service especially management. Matt told me just because my app connect wasn't working I should take the brand new car anyway. Even After the head mechanic talked to Volkswagon and they said they didn't know what was wrong with the vehicle. Had the vehicle 1 day and had to bring it back. Was promised by Matt the exact same vehicle, nope didn't happen. More features were in the other car and they charged me the same price. Referred someone and still haven't received that $100. Tinted the truck and it was sent back still haven't received my $300 payment for that. Email was sent on Monday March 2nd to Matt and other managers. and it's March 6th and still haven't heard from a member of management. I've been purchasing Volkswagon from this dealership under other owners since 2009 and have never had this type of experience. More

I bought the vehicle I was looking for but the customer service was not as I expected, car I purchased was driven 718 mile by general manager when I was looking this car in the website it didn't mentioned service was not as I expected, car I purchased was driven 718 mile by general manager when I was looking this car in the website it didn't mentioned that it had 700+ miles nor the sales person told me when I test drove, car did not had original floor mats sales manager told me he was gonna order it I never got response back until I called dealership. I got floor mats yesterday but they are not original Tiguan mats . Not happy with that. Overall very poor customer. I will never buy vehicles from them in the future also I make sure my friends and family also not do business with them. More
