He asked me a few questions about what we were looking for and then immediately emailed me information and pictures of a vehicle that met our requirements. My husband and I met at the dealership at 8:00 pm. Matt had the Equinox ready and waiting for us to drive. He provided us with all of the information we needed to make a decision. The dealership was super busy that night, so the purchase process took some time. I think we finished up around 10. Matt spent another hour with us showing us all of the features of the vehicle and made sure that we were comfortable with it. He is knowledgeable, friendly, calm and patient ... a perfect guy to buy a car from! More
