I’d rate negative if allowable. This guy is a manager and has absolutely zero people skills. His dealerships service department damaged my vehicle through their own negligence and never an apology given. Act has absolutely zero people skills. It took a while but found my Q5 and am receiving the same outstanding customer and technical service. There have been a few minor issues /questions after the purchase and Tony and Brian have been great in researching and solving my concerns. Will definitely continue to recommend Boucher to my friends and family. I could have easily gone to Audi International or Audi North Shore but decided to stick with Boucher VW because of the service I had received during my ownership with my Tiguan. More
