Eric was an amazing sales person. Being in sales myself, I understand what is needed to not only do a great job, but to exceed expectations. He knew way more about the product line than anyone that I ever met, he made suggestions for cars that I may not have considered based upon the questions that he asked and the answers that I gave. He ttok the time to really go over the entire set up and make sure that I understood all of the features that my nee Audi had. Once we decided on the vehicle, I worked with the sales managers and they were also very approachable and great at communicating. Very fair and we made the entire experience a win-win. I got to work with John, the finance manager, and he was also amazing. Super easy to talk to and explained all of my options without trying to oversell all of the add ons. However, I do always get the Gap coverage and the wheel and tire because I have been know to take a turn too sharp and mess up a wheel...LOL. I highly suggest the "Eric and John" team if you ever need anything Audi, as they are fantastic. More

I bought a car that was making a noise I was told was a simple adjustment to fix that needed to be done at the Infiniti dealer since the car was under warranty. When I took it in after purchasing, it turns simple adjustment to fix that needed to be done at the Infiniti dealer since the car was under warranty. When I took it in after purchasing, it turns out the “simple adjustment” was actually the car needing a brand new engine. I was furious and asked the Audi dealership to buy back the car, and they have refused saying that it was a miscommunication and they didn’t do anything wrong. And that it’s not a big deal other than being inconvenient since the car is under warranty. Under warranty or not, it is a “big deal” when you are told your car with only 29k miles on it needs a new engine when you had been told it just needed a belt adjustment! I would certainly not have bought the car if I had known. Leith will not be getting any future business from me or my family or friends. More
