Eric was great and even worked with us on the budget, finding us a great deal on a mint Q3 with no accidents or issues. The whole team then stayed 3 hours after close to get us taken care of! The whole process felt seemless and in no way were we pressured to buy anything. Eric definitely wanted to give us a great experience. Ty is the bomb.com. I had no idea that I would drive home with an A3. If I had not met Ty I don't think the deal would have been sealed. I was looking for a different make & model.
