Doing service here is extremely time consuming. 35min to get there for an oil change that can take a couple of hours. Parts for repairs are rarely available with a second visit and even more time. 35min to get there for an oil change that can take a couple of hours. Parts for repairs are rarely available with a second visit and even more time. Prices aren't comparable for more efficient services elsewhere. My suggestion to them is to model part of their repair floor after Take 5 and Discount Tire and focusing on those services to get people in and out quickly and cheaper than anyone else. So long as it takes longer, requires second visits to repair the cars, costs more etc, the more of an issue for the business. We opted not to do our tires there, our rotors or brakes there, our oil changes there, etc. The only reason we go there is to utilize the warranty for things that break, like the AC blower three times in 2 years. More
