Vehicle arrives and it is very nice - no real scratches only one wheel with rash damage BUT cigarette burns on the drivers door panel. Wait, what is this?!? Yep 5 burn marks that can not be missed - saw them as soon as the door was open. Okay, so I'll see if Mazda at the Avenues can source a new door skin. You guessed it, silence. My sales rep is ghosting us. Be aware - if I had seen this I would have asked them to replace BEFORE paying and taking delivery or simply found another car. We'll see if they correct or help correct.
