Matt was very helpful when I was at the dealership and by the time I left he had the specifics of the Certified Pre-Owned car I was looking for. Within a week he had a car that was perfect for me. He looks for the car you are searching for and calls you when he sees one he thinks you might be interested in. And I know from my buying experiences with Matt that he will never "push" a car on you just to make a sale. He found the exact new 2024 Lexus NX350 Hybrid for me three months ago! Matt is also excellent with follow-ups, and returns your calls or texts as soon as he is not with another client. I have purchased five cars from Metro Lexus and recently a rarer older Lexus convertible from their sister store in Green (Akron), Ohio. Each time has been an easy and enjoyable experience.
