We met Matt in Feb '23 when via a phone call we requested to "just look" at a Lexus in Iridium paint color. Matt was very cordial, asked us about ourselves, listened to why we wanted to see this specific to "just look" at a Lexus in Iridium paint color. Matt was very cordial, asked us about ourselves, listened to why we wanted to see this specific car color. In a very short time, my wife & I felt very comfortable talking with Matt and he also asked the right questions of us. We adjourned to Matt's desk area, discussed our wants & needs Matt offered his guidance and 5 weeks later Matt helped us to obtain a new 2023 Lexus. More
