Matt and team certainly made this transaction an experience! We own another Lexus and wanted to stay with the brand. Everything from initial touch point to delivery was truly great. We felt valued; not just by words but by the careful and precise actions. I don’t want to do business anywhere else now because this was the epitome of how the business should be ran, how we were treated. The dealership was well maintained and the vehicle we purchased was in fantastic shape. No worries here! Set the bar extremely high guys/gals! Thanks to everyone at Metro whom we worked with. Consider us lifers :) Last thing - we also wanted to point out the dealership followed all COVID guidelines and we were at ease throughout the process.
