Matt Long directed me to a new 2019 LX I usually don’t have much time to spend on making a vehicle selection and completing the purchasing documents. Matt Long directed me to a new 2019 LX as a replacement for my 2016 LX that I was returning in on end of lease. It had everything that I told him in advance I wanted in a new vehicle. While I was finalizing the lease paperwork he and the staff prepared the car so I could get out the door as quickly as possible. It was immaculately clean and had a full tank of gas. That attention to details make for a good impression and overall experience. The send off by the entire staff as I drove off the lot is something I’ll remember since it was a first for me and I’ve purchased or leased many cars in my life. More
