One of the things I admired her as an employee is her amazing skill and that OMG she knows every car and what it does. Patiently having me test drive a few Lexus vehicles and then got me prices. With all this being said my only intention was to come meet her and look around and maybe in a few months buy a Lexus but having Desiree guide me and answer all my questions I actually bought my Lexus that same day!! Who knew??!!! This employee deserves acknowledgement for her hard work and devotion. As a proud Lexus owner I can truly say I felt like family as soon as I walked in the dealership with Desiree I felt like I knew her forever. I just love the attentiveness of her and your staff. She calls to see if everything is going well with my car. If i have any concerns don't hesitate to call her with them. Red carpet treatment I must say, I have never felt so incredibly special after purchasing a car. First, my car is exactly like a brand new car. It is hard to remind myself I must say, I have never felt so incredibly special after purchasing a car. First, my car is exactly like a brand new car. It is hard to remind myself that it is even used! It looked like no one had ever even sat in it; the detailing team is amazing. Secondly, despite buying used, I still received the royal treatment from the dealership as if I bought a brand new car. My sales man Matt was awesome! He was patient with me as I went through several options and scenarios, and found the right car for my needs. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the brand as well as the process.
