For instance, calling the customer "Bro" multiple times is not acceptable. After the purchase, I texted a concern I had to him and since I was out of town, I told him to call my wife, Anne Travis, to address it. When he called her, he addressed her as "Miss Anne" and referred to me as "Travis", which is my last name, not my first name. And he said he had gotten a "weird" text from me. There was nothing unusual about the text. These type of things reflect poorly on him and the business. And the customer should be treated the same after the purchase as before the purchase. He is my only contact after the purchase. That is why he gave me his business card. More

Mark Jacobson told me they couldn't give me any information until I came to their showroom. MY guy at Fred Anderson gave me tons of information and helped me work through it with great respect and careful attention to detail. I really appreciated how up front and candid the process was. in the end, i felt empowered to make an informed decision and i bought the very first NEW car of my life, at a price i feel very comfortable about. Best car dealership experience!!! I went in feeling uncomfortable with the whole thing. I had called a few months prior to get a car and someone said they would get back with me..no on I went in feeling uncomfortable with the whole thing. I had called a few months prior to get a car and someone said they would get back with me..no one did. So I called again this month just to see if I could go in a try it out thinking this would be yet another terrible experience but from the second I met Matt he was helpful and answered everyone question I had. Him and Michael both took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was making the right choice for me. It was quit and I didn’t spend all day at the dealership like in the past with other companies. I have an amazing deal and have already told many people about them to go get a car I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and will be going back for all future cars!!! Thanks again guys More
