I frankly was not planing to purchase on this visit. I just wanted get more information about the different choices available in the Rav4 lineup. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me get the equipment that I needed at the right price. I was not totally sure that I even wanted a Rav4; but since I live on Hyco Lake between Danville and Raleigh; my plan was to visit both dealerships for pricing. I didn't have to go any further that Fred Anderson. I felt like the price that Matt worked out for me was reasonable and fair and I made the decision without even having my wife along. Takes a great salesperson to accomplish that feat. We'll see how that works out! Great, professional and well run dealership. My son bought a new 4Runner a couple of years ago and he has expressed the same feelings; especially with the Family Plan and level of service that he has received. I did not have to spend much time with Stephanie because she also was professional, friendly and timely with her part of my transaction. I look forward to enjoying my new Rav4 Mike Lawson More

Buying a car at Fred Anderson I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla at Fred Anderson Toyota. I appreciated the no pressure attitude of Matt Lowery. I was in the showroom waiting I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla at Fred Anderson Toyota. I appreciated the no pressure attitude of Matt Lowery. I was in the showroom waiting for my car to have an oil change when Matt approached me to look at the 2018 Corolla and take a test drive. Since I had already made up my mind to buy sometime in 2018 after Toyota Sense became standard features it was easy to decide yes that day after I determined the monthly payment was something my budget could handle with the current incentives.. I think I was given a fair price for my old car. Matt was well versed in his knowledge about the car. Good tires are a concern for me and he took an extra step to find out what type of Michelin tires were on the car and what was expected mileage. I soon find out the best feature was the improved lights. Compared to my old car they illuminate at least 200% more of the road at night. I already feel much safer with night driving. This my 3rd Toyota and I imagine it will not be my last. Stephanie in finance explained the volume of paperwork that must be signed and did so in a professional positive manner. More
