I worked with Bryen Lovelady and Matt Malin on February 10 regarding a trade-in appraisal. After inspection and test drive, they established a $45,000 value. After selecting a vehicle, paperwork reflect 10 regarding a trade-in appraisal. After inspection and test drive, they established a $45,000 value. After selecting a vehicle, paperwork reflected incorrect mileage (16,xxx vs. 44,xxx actual). I brought this to their attention on February 24. On February 25, I was informed the trade-in value would be reduced to $41,000 due to the corrected mileage. Despite discussions with management, the original figure was not honored. I corrected the error to avoid any misunderstanding. Unfortunately, doing so resulted in a lower valuation. Based on this experience, I would encourage others to proceed carefully. More

I got a great deal and it was the quickest/least stressful buying experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. Jeff in finance was great as well, and very helpful! I was actually toured around the dealership and met Steve in service…white glove experience. Gabe and his team even swapped my Tonneau bed cover to my new truck while I was in finance so that I didn’t have to come back to do it later. Fantastic experience! If you’re considering buying a GM product…I strongly recommend visiting TransWest, and asking for Gabe Molina…you will be impressed! More
