The service team is excellent ! Mr lee manager I believe offered great customer service when I brought my first nissan in for a check engine light . He is the reason we decided to come back to make a purchase there ( unfortunately the sales department was not as nice and honest as he was in end of it all, horrible experience) either way , every time me and my husband come to the dealer the service department is super friendly and helpful to us. Matt is awesome ! They get us in and out always! They treat us nicely and we really appreciate that ! Keep doing a great job guys!!

First let me start by saying that out of anyone or anykind of customer service I have ever had in any sort of retail or in general, nobody fits the bill like Marshall Nickleberry. This man picked me up at my military base, I had just got to Maryland.. and he let me test drive the vehicle. He drove me to the dealership. He got me a great deal and he was above all else, respectful. He just went above and beyond and for the first time in my life, I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me something just so they can meet a quota. It was really respectful and he still calls me every few months to keep in touch and he is just a fantasic guy. Couldn't have a better employee trying to sell you something. I highly reccommend seeing him if you are going to purchase a car.

I called on my car speaker phone on May 31, 2017 to make an Appt to service my car. Brought my car in and had it serviced, oil changed, tires rotated and air filters replaced. My car speaker phone has not worked since I Tischer of Laruel serviced my car. My phone was working fine when I took my car in for servicing now it no longer works. I called several times to try to get some assistance and no one will call me back.

On August 27th I came to Tischer to buy a new car. I was unsure of whether to buy the Nissan Altima or Maxima (as I was a previous owner of an Altima). My sales consultant was Sol Jobe. I test drove the Maxima and Sol gave me suggestions and his advice, but was never pushy! With that being said, I purchased a brand new 2017 Nissan Maxima SL right out of the Show Room!!! The entire process was painless. It was so quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I am extremely happy with my Maxima and Tischer Acura and Nissan is top notch!!
