Knowing that I had a puppy, Matt suggested that I bring him along because the dealership was pet friendly....WIN. Once we got there and I saw how genuine they all were and honest.....SOLD. I haven’t bought a car in 13 years because the process is very overwhelming but this was such a great experience that I would recommend Royal Automotives to anyone. Matt checked on us during our drive down and even followed up by checking on us on our way up. David was very attentive and helpful throwout the process. Sammy was great closing the deal.
