Josh and Joe in service communicated with each other so i was able to schedule date and time for pickup. I was called to keep me informed of the progress and of expected completion time. I had dropped it off at night with no appointment and expected at least a week before they could even look at it. I had it repaired and returned in less time than that! Great job More

Worst Experience Ever Purchased new vehicle 13 Nov 18. Sat at dealership for 7 1/2 hrs., had to return 2 days later to pickup check for vehicle sold to dealership and get n Purchased new vehicle 13 Nov 18. Sat at dealership for 7 1/2 hrs., had to return 2 days later to pickup check for vehicle sold to dealership and get new vehicle detailed, took 2 more hrs. Had to return a 3rd time because dealership needed us to resign all the paperwork. 45 day sticker ran out 23 Dec, so had to go back in for the 4th time to pickup the title work and personally take to the courthouse to license vehicle. Courthouse said that we were not allowed to bring MSO in as a customer and was turning incident into the State. Purchased several new vehicles, but never encountered such poor customer service. Still have never once been asked if we were satisfied with the new vehicle!!! More

The service department Tony, Josh, and especially Howard the service manager have all been exceptional to work with over the last 5 years. Thank goodness they got Howard back one of the main reasons I buy vehicles there. You will never meet a man like Chad who manages a big dealership that is involved and helpful with all the dealerships staff and customers. More

The customer service is hands down the best we have experienced anywhere. When we realized the air conditioning in our brand new Jeep was not functioning, they were quick to remedy the situation and even went as far as to provide me a vehicle to drive while the parts needed were ordered. We also noticed a small dent in our Jeep, and they have scheduled someone to get that fixed. Even with these mishaps, the communication from the sales team has been top notch. Highly recommend! More
