The measurements of my brake pads and tire tread indicated that 1 brake pad got larger and some of the tires increased in tread from ny last appointment in May. When I called back and spoke to Matt indicated that 1 brake pad got larger and some of the tires increased in tread from ny last appointment in May. When I called back and spoke to Matt he had no explanation for this. I feel that I and the people that ride in my car were not of enough importance for the job to be done well. I will be looking for a new garage to take care of my car that I can trust to do a food job More

My car salesman Mr Olsen made me feel like I was a burden. I got a new Subaru ascent from my old one and never took the time to go over any updates or whatnot. Just said “you’re good right” made to feel like I was a nuisance. Finally got a call a week later from management asking if anyone went over my new car with me. Was sent a $25 gift card for any inconveniences. More
