Great dealership, excellent service I recently bought a jeep patriot at Adams jeep. I noticed some rust on the front and rear cross member. I cleaned it up at home to find that the rear I recently bought a jeep patriot at Adams jeep. I noticed some rust on the front and rear cross member. I cleaned it up at home to find that the rear cross member had holes in it as well as the upper arm. I brought this to the attention of the service department and they replaced the entire front and rear cross member. They also gave me a loaner to use while it was being repaired. afterwards I noticed the CV boot was torn and leaking out grease. the service department then replaced the boot as well. The service department never gave me a bit of grief on any of the repairs. I have never had this kind of service before when I've bought a vehicle before. This dealership was a great dealership to work with. I will be back when I get another vehicle for sure. If you go anywhere else you are wasting your time and won't get the same quality of service with the sales, and service department. More
