I can’t say enough great things about the service department at Malloy Chevrolet! Every time I bring my vehicle in, I’m treated with genuine care and professionalism. Mark and Lancer are always on top of things—efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Both Camerons are incredibly helpful and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. James, Chris, and Sarah round out an amazing team—each one of them brings a great attitude and makes sure I leave feeling taken care of. It’s rare to find a service department where everyone is this consistently helpful, but Malloy Chevrolet has truly set the bar high. Keep up the great work, team! I brought my 21chey bolt for service I did not get clear answer what they were going to do I talk to service manager he did not do anything I asked my car did not have enough charge to get me home he said M answer what they were going to do I talk to service manager he did not do anything I asked my car did not have enough charge to get me home he said Melody is not going to pay for your Electric bill I told the service MGR about charging my car and it wasn’t charged when the car was ready. I I made 70 miles trip and he told me the car wasn’t ready that a pen was missing and they forgot to order it. At this time I will service my cars and buy my car elsewhere. More
