Great Dealership and Personnel I'm on my 3rd Challenger with sales associate Matt Reider. I told Matt the color and what I wanted in the car and Matt located the car a few hundred I'm on my 3rd Challenger with sales associate Matt Reider. I told Matt the color and what I wanted in the car and Matt located the car a few hundred miles away in another dealership and had it there in a few days. Matt made sure everything was the way I wanted it and even helped with the prep of the car so I could drive it out that day. Super service from Matt. Their Service Dept is top notch too. I could go to a closer dealer but I prefer dealing with Winter Haven Dodge and would highly recommend them. More

Top notch SALES AND SERVICE As the title says, from purchase of the vehicle to service, it was all above and beyond any of the other dealers we went to. They helped us every step As the title says, from purchase of the vehicle to service, it was all above and beyond any of the other dealers we went to. They helped us every step of the way and didn’t pressure us like the other dealerships did. As for servicing our vehicle, the service department has very well trained and knowledgeable staff. Being retired from Chrysler, I was very impressed with how much the service people knew about their vehicles. I’ve been to other dealerships and found that there were too many unqualified service people... so as you can tell, I was very happy with the treatment and service received by DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM of Winter Haven... I can totally recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vehicle, either to purchase or have serviced. More
