I bought a new kia today and Matt retainer was the one who helped me. He was amazing,and very helpful with the whole process,he even helped me set up my Bluetooth and explained everything..if your lookin who helped me. Matt Rettinger was extremely knowledgeable about our car. . He seem to be well trained.... He took time before we left and explained all the car funtions and how they worked..... Matt went out of his way to make sure we found the car we wanted.. He communicated several times a week until the car I wanted was found.. Our finance director Jorden Mesenbourg was amazing.. with his kind ..upbeat personality..he explained everything in detail.. to where we could understand it and not once pressured us into anything.. He was so great to work with.. Everyone at the dealership was so kind, helpful and curtious.. We had a very relaxed and stress free experience.. We will most definitely tell others about our experience.. And recommend that they purchase a car from Deland Kia.. and see Matt and Jorden.. The Dream Team... making dreams come true.. I went to Deland Kia and purchased a vehicle with Jimmy Rodriguez. He made me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable. Do NOT go there to purchase a vehicle!!! He was Very unprofessional and had poor custo Rodriguez. He made me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable. Do NOT go there to purchase a vehicle!!! He was Very unprofessional and had poor customer service. Jimmy was the worst to deal and he is the sales manger...stay away from this dealership. Worst price in the state!! More
