Little Disappointed This is the second car we purchased from here. I will say that both sales experiences were good. Everyone worked with us and treated us kind. Was on I4 around 6 in the morning, the car got a flat. There was no spare or tools to remove the tire. We were never informed yhat the vehicles no longer come with them. There is a fix a flat kit in the trunk or as I was told when I called to complain they expect you to call raodsise for help. (Money out of my pocket). They told me I could come and get the part to take the lug nuts off the tire and then to add injury to insult I get an email on specials to purchase a spare, the tire rod and jack for $199. Just very disappointing from dealership I had really liked. I work for a dealership and we would have went out of our way to make the situation right. I gues it all depends on how much you care about tour customers. More

Annoying and pushy I looked at one vehicle online, I received and email like expected I coorsponded, ask the questions I had and got the answers I needed. This was the most wonderful experience my husband and I ever had buying a car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Matt Rettinger was our salesman. He is absolutely incredible. I went in for an oil change. Went into showroom to talk to Monica, I inquired about getting a car to lower my monthly payments. She worked out a deal for me that I could not afford to pass out. I got a new Kia Soul with out any cash out of pocket. although my payment was not lowered it was only a couple of dollars higher. I would recommend Monica and Deland Kia to all my friends looking to but a new car. More

The facility was very clean and catered to the people that were there either to buy a car or wait on their service for their car. We already owned a Kia Soul, but we heard of the new features. Deland Kia was where we purchased our current Kia.
