From the start to the finish of our transaction at the Deland dealership Matt Rettinger made our buying experience exceptionally easy with his professionalism knowledge and patience. He answered all our questions which were many and made our choice and decision making easier and painless. Hé did not rush us through the transaction though he had family obligations to attend his daughter's graduation which we found out at the end of the transaction. He took time to show us the features of the vehicle and sync our phones to the car and show us how to use the navigation system and handsfree phone operation with a smile on his face. He made us like we were his family. We were further impressed as he mentioned that if we ever needed assistance to call him and if we were in the vicinity to drop by and see him without hesitation. We would also like thank Monica Jones for providing us all the information we needed prior to our visit to the dealership, We told her the features we needed in the vehicle, and she provided accurate information making our decision making to purchase the vehicle and she was very efficient in her communication with us.
