Sold me a HORRIBLE car that left me and my 1yr old stranded walking after 12 days. Power steering rack leak and bad pump. 2200$ repair to fix. 4 days earlier the "new brakes" they put on the car lo stranded walking after 12 days. Power steering rack leak and bad pump. 2200$ repair to fix. 4 days earlier the "new brakes" they put on the car locked up and smoked and I had to have that repaired. When took to a THIRD mechanic for an estimate for rack they told me that there was a ton of oil in the antifreeze which signals a blown/cracked head gasket and the car is basically WORTHLESS. Havent had the car a month yet and it is undrivable, unsafe and 3 different mechanic shops told me that these repairs would have been EXTREMELY apparent when they sold it to me. HORRIBLE that such a "reputable" place would sell such a car to a single mother who used her savings to pay cash for it. On top of it all they have NO REMORSE and offered an estimate with their mechanics WHO KNEW ABOUT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. SMH WOW!!! DONT BUY A CAR HERE!! More

But I decided to dip my toe in the world of electric vehicle, and Dave Gill had just the car I wanted. I decided to go in for a test drive on Labor Day, and was met there by Tracey. She showed me the car, patiently answered my questions, and we took the Volt for a test drive. I fell in love with this car. Tracey and used-car manager Matt worked with me; while a deal wasn't reached that day, they were both very honest and forthcoming with me, which was a breath of fresh air for me. I left on good terms and Tracey and I continued to discuss the car via text. That Saturday I visited the dealership again; Matt and Tracey had worked some magic and a more-than-fair deal was reached. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed, and their constant honesty was appreciated. I'm very happy with the deal I got and I adore my car.
