SERVICE TO THE MAX! We have been back in the Buffalo area for nearly 30 years now and have purchased some vehicles from Ryan and have had ever so much service work done t We have been back in the Buffalo area for nearly 30 years now and have purchased some vehicles from Ryan and have had ever so much service work done there (not because of quality but for many years I drove 60 - 75,000 miles a year). There was a time I'm sure that some of Ryan's employees thought I worked there I was there so much. Why? Because I was always treated like they really cared and you know what, they did! The service writers have always done what they could to accommodate our needs and the staff in the shop have been nothing less than professional every time they turned a wrench. I recall only one time of ever having to return when a repair wasn't correct and that was a very minor incident. As our busy lives slow down in our retirement/semi-retirement years we probably won't be shopping for many new vehicles but when we do, we will return to the same place that has won our business over and over again with great service. Sales people have come and gone but there is always someone there to help including Bob and Bill. I must also mention that over time I have had the pleasure to deal with three young men with the last name of Ryan and I can only say that these men have been raised right. No matter what job they were doing at the time they were very helpful and an asset to any organization - not just one with their family name on it! Great experience! We purchased two new cars at Ryan's. They give you a fair price and great service. Our car was perfect when we picked it. Staff helped us load it. As I write this I'm even more disappointed as when selecting the individual from the site that I worked with and come to find out he is the "Service Manager", I'm shocked... My Jeep was in three ti selecting the individual from the site that I worked with and come to find out he is the "Service Manager", I'm shocked... My Jeep was in three times to fix the UConnect issue, first two times it was stated it was fixed but within minutes of driving away from the dealer I would find that it indeed was not fixed. During the second attempt, Matt looked at the issue for an additional two hours until 5:30pm on a Friday, even though they had the jeep since 8am that morning. Anyways the issue could not be determined so Matt was to call the manufacturer first thing the next Monday morning and call me back. Monday went by, Tuesday went by with no call back from Matt as he indicated he would do the previous Friday. I left a voicemail for Matt on the following Wednesday, still no response. I called again three business days later, the following Monday as I still had not heard from Matt. I spoke to Aaron and communicated my frustrations with Matt. It was not until Aaron got involved that things started to move along and on the 3rd visit, the Uconnect was fixed and Aaron provided EXCELLENT customer service. My above ratings completely reflect my experience with "Matt Ryan" and I sure hope he's not family related to the over all dealer ownership as I will certainly never have him help me again.... This is one Service Manager that does not make customers a priority... Aaron, thank you for your time, effort and listening to my frustrations!!! Perhaps they should promote you to the Service Manager, I think you would do a fine job at it. More
