I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE ONE OF THE TECHS FORGOT TO PUT MY ENGINE PLUG IN CAUSING MY ENGINE TO STOP WORKING, HAD A NAIL IN MY TIRE, THEY RESET MY BRAKE LIGHT WHICH CAUSED MY ABS SYSTEM TO FAIL AND MY T PUT MY ENGINE PLUG IN CAUSING MY ENGINE TO STOP WORKING, HAD A NAIL IN MY TIRE, THEY RESET MY BRAKE LIGHT WHICH CAUSED MY ABS SYSTEM TO FAIL AND MY TIRE TO BLOW OUT AT A FOUR WAY STOP, INITIAL INQUIRY ON WEB SALES REP PRETEND THEY COULD NOT LOCATE WHAT WAS ON THEIR WEB VIA PHONE AND WAS RUDE. I WENT IN PERSON AND WAS ASSIGNED TYRONE AND HE FOUND ME A CAR CLOSE TO THE PRICING OUT OF DESPITE THE SALES REP I TALK TO PRIOR ON THE PHONE TOOK MY CAR AND SOLD IT TO SOMEONE A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS CHEAPER WHILE I WAS CLOSING ON THE DEAL, AFTER ALL THE CAR TROUBLES THEY TRY TO BILL ME A DEDUCTIBLE AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT THEIR MECHANICS ARE INCOMPETENT TO DO THEIR JOBS. SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE PHONE FILING MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS. IF YOU WANT A ONGOING NIGHTMARE PLEASE GO HERE! More

Great experience with Lakin Hatton! He was extremely helpful during the process of my wife and i picking out a 2013 Toyota Highlander. We looked at every Highlander on the lot and Lakin was extremely p helpful during the process of my wife and i picking out a 2013 Toyota Highlander. We looked at every Highlander on the lot and Lakin was extremely patient the entire time and really loves his job and the interaction with customers. I have been in Business Sales/Customer service for years and I recognize talent when i see it, Lakin has it! Once we had decided on a specific Highlander, Lakin took my wife and I inside, offered us something to drink, and explained that he was going to complete an application for us and have Matt talk to us about price/Buy vs Lease. Matt complimented us on our strong credit rating and let us know that we qualified for the current promotion of 0% financing and the best possible lease deals. After we made our decision, Lakin took our new car to fill up the tank and have it detailed inside and out. We finished our paperwork and completed the purchase with Robert Jaggers and he explained the optional warranties and coverage that we could add to our new car. Although we did not chose to purchase any of them Robert did a great job of putting a personal testimony to each option which gives a customer a real life experience where having such coverage is useful. We finished the car purchasing experience with an inspection of the car with Matt and Lakin. Once complete, Lakin set up the multimedia system with my phone and gave us a very detailed description of the feature rich system. My wife's current 4runner had low air pressure in one of her tires and when Matt noticed it, he took it into the service area and filled it up for her without us asking, once again just another reason we continue to shop/service at Oxmoor Toyota! I had been researching vehicles to purchase online for weeks before deciding on the Prius and which dealer to work with. After hours of research and studying I ha decided that the Prius was the right sele weeks before deciding on the Prius and which dealer to work with. After hours of research and studying I ha decided that the Prius was the right selection for my needs. I inquired online and was immediately responded to by Lakin Hatton (other dealers took days to reply back to my request) He was extremely knowledgable of the product and financing options that were available - After speaking to him on the phone I had scheduled an appointment to come in and drive one - I was of course hesitant to go to any dealership like most, however within 2 minutes of meeting Lakin I knew I was at the right place. He was not pushy, abrasive, condescending, or any of the preconceived thoughts that I had prior to my arrival. He very patiently explained to me the options, benefits, and features of the vehicle. It matched perfectly with what I needed and I was surprised to see that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need not want. The part I dreaded the most was negotiating but again Lakin was extremely personable, fun, and easy to work with, he explained to me Toyotas leasing program as well as the conventional financing methods. I am glad he took the time to explain the differences because after learning that Toyota's leases are much different than I had imagined I was able to save a tremendous amount not only upfront but as well as in my payments. I was able to get more car for my money and could not be happier with the way I was treated. From the GSM Matt Storm, all the way to the GM Doug, I felt as though they truly cared about my needs and I am grateful that they were available to assist and educate me throughout the entire process. All in all, this was the easiest, and most surprisingly pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Lakin and the folks at Oxmoor to anyone considering a new vehicle. Returning lease customers (third lease) Have been very pleased until this third lease. Turned in car 4 months early and given $5000 in penalties which was applied to my new lease. SO, basically, I'm pay pleased until this third lease. Turned in car 4 months early and given $5000 in penalties which was applied to my new lease. SO, basically, I'm paying on two cars! WILL NEVER LEASE AGAIN based on this experience UPDATE: we did purchase a second car and they did work with us on pricing on that car. More

Had an appointment with Dominick, he wasn't available they said so Tyrone took care of me. Had an email fronm Dominick thanking me for my purchase through him. He had nothing to do with it, nor should he they said so Tyrone took care of me. Had an email fronm Dominick thanking me for my purchase through him. He had nothing to do with it, nor should he get any credit.The initial fuigures that were quoted to me as trade in and monthly payments were so far from reality I almost walked out. Finally, after challenging the information presented to me, they produced figures that were more realistic. But, they almost lost me as a customer early in the discussion. Once we arrived at an agreement on sales price and trade in, the experience was excellent. Tyrone did an excellent job of assuring all the needs and questions were taken care of. More

Was greeted by Corey with a friendly attitude when we arrived. Corey then introduce us to Matt. Corey explianed the features of the Avalon to both us, and took us on a demo. ride.
