Great Insight and Patience I stopped by this dealership because I wanted to check out the Mazda CS-5. Matt Rezendes was great. He rode with me for the test drive and pointed I stopped by this dealership because I wanted to check out the Mazda CS-5. Matt Rezendes was great. He rode with me for the test drive and pointed out things to pay attention for for that specific vehicle, for that that year (2016 vs 2016.5), for various trims (Sport, Touring, Grand Touring). Matt definitely helped me sharpen the deals of what I definitely wanted and/or would appreciate in a vehicle. Ryan McGuire was great. He took over the process since I came in the next day while Matt was gone. Ryan helped close the deal, made things easy (e.g., working with insurance company to transfer the policy), was patient, and followed up. You could tell that this dealership worked as a team. Matt, Ryan, Rob, Dan, etc .They worked together to smoothe things out for me. I stopped after purchase and they were still very friendly to me. More

Excellent Experience Matt was excellent to work with. My husband and I spent the weekend car shopping and test driving new cars. Of all the salespeople we dealt with at al Matt was excellent to work with. My husband and I spent the weekend car shopping and test driving new cars. Of all the salespeople we dealt with at all the dealerships we visited, Matt was by far the most professional and really took the time to help us figure out what we wanted and what we didn't want in a new vehicle. And when we told him there were still a couple of other makes we wanted to check out before we made up our minds, he didn't pressure us at all. When we came back a few hours later to negotiate a purchase, Matt was with another customer and asked James to work with us. James was equally helpful and easy to work with. My husband is very technical and knowledgeable about cars and asks lots of technical questions. Both Matt and James handled his questions with ease. It was the least stressful auto purchase I have ever made. We had planned to shop one weekend and purchase the next, so we were unprepared with insurance when we decided to complete the purchase that night. No problem. It was after 5 on a Saturday night but James was still able to help me get everything set up with insurance and I drove our new Mazda CX-5 home that night. Overall a great experience and I'm really enjoying my new car. More

I am impressed with the professionalism of the employees and their confidence and pride in the Mazda product. I am especially thankful for the time and patience that was taken to answer my many, many questions AND to help me find the perfect fit for me: my 2016 (new to me ) Mazda CX5.
